The view from the room was amazing! We had a Mountain View, and it was lovely to see the clouds roll into the valley. The room itself was quite large, and so was the bed. The king sized bed was made by pushing two single size beds together, so there was a line running down the middle, but that didn’t bother us at all. There was a refrigerator in the room, which was extremely handy, and the temperature in the room was excellent. (It is controlled in each room.) The enormous bathroom is separated from the main room by a giant window, so if you don’t want your roommate to watch you use the bathroom, you have to drop the curtain. However, it is lovely to take a shower or bath (the tub is magical) while looking at the mountains. The included breakfast was great. There were so many choices. It seems like there was food for every taste. The employees were all very friendly. They helped us arrange transportation and offered suggestions on what to do in Sa Pa. They are also will to hold luggage for an entire day after you check out.

NiNi Homestay Sapa has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Sa Pa. Loved it! Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was huge. Balcony was nice to stand on and people watch. Shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was tasty... Loved the cinnamon tea. The chicken noodles for dinner were tasty too. Location is on the hill so is easy access to the cable car/ Mt fansipan and close to the sa pa town. Chilli is an ace at playing pool (I never saw him lose...if you are reading this please challenge him to a game :)). Booked the sleeper bus which was smoothly organised including the pickup to take me to the bus. Chilli also called ahead to book my home stay for me in ha giang. Thank you all for your advice and hospitality!

Within walking distance of everything. A luxury spa across the street that they recommended was wonderful. We went every day for foot massage or full body. Very professional and they help with any arrangements you need. The restaurant general manager went out of his way to make our dining experience unique. Even made us the original egg coffee from Hanoi himself.

There are also lots of food choices around from local food to more Western options. The room was very big for a solo traveler. There's also a massage place downstairs that offers discounts for those who stay at the hotel.

I liked everything!! And the most, are the owners of this hotel. Such an kind and lovely people. Every time i go out or come back in They greeted me with a smile and asked if everything was good. Always helped, they have everything i needed here. Trips, laundry, exchange. And the location is amazing, beautiful view of fansipan from every window. Very close the the center. I booked a room for one night, and then decided to stay two more. Just because I liked it. I really recommend this place! You will get the best welcome.
