You can find everything you need around the hotel and if you want to go to the "City-Center" or the hawker stalls or the market, the distance is walkable (maybe 15min).

I arrived very early and although I couldn’t check in immediately my room was given housekeeping priority and ready 3 hours before the stated check in time. Spacious room with water view. Comfortable armchair that could be pulled to the huge window to watch the boats on the river and sea. Good wifi. Big bathroom with shower and bath. Good cocktails on the lunch/dinner menu. Hotel is very well priced for the quality.
