The owner and staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, told us their favourite onsen spots/restaurants/activities etc. We enjoyed chatting a lot :) Our Japanese Tatami room was spacious and spotless clean. Nice view from the window! We would definitely come back again.

The breakfast was also super fresh, well presented and nothing ever ran out. It was close to the station like literally downstairs. If you didn't prefer the trains, they also had taxi go and the local bus to use.

Very quiet and zen. The common kitchen is small but friendly. There is a small grocerie store 5 mins away that sells everything you need to cook or ready to eat meals. We enjoyed the one day hike from the hotel, the public onsen and the walk through the park. We wish, we could have stayed longer.

One of my favorite stays and Amila-san and Ryo-san were exceptional hosts.

We arrived at Dormy Inn with no special expectations, we just wanted a comfy not too expensive place to stay at, with Onsen inside the building. In a few words everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a great stay there. What a surprise, the Onsen is huge, with no less than 3 hot bath, a sauna and a cold bath. And you can take a complimentary Ice Cream and enjoy the free massage chair once you're done. Definitely a big plus. The room, for Japanese standard, was pretty big and as always well thought. Everything was tidy, and we loved the interior rope provided (a shame we couldn't leave with them !). We did not try the restaurant but we sure enjoyed the free half portion ramen provided at night. Perfect to ensure you're full after a day of walking, visiting and snacking around the city. Once again, a great place to stay at !

We had a corner room on the ninth floor and it was very quiet. We also enjoyed the buffet, and we're not big on breakfast usually. The staff were wonderful. Coming from the US, we didn't know what to expect. But it all worked out. You can take the bus from the airport to Shinchi, and it's an easy walk to this hotel. The tram is close too. We enjoyed Dejima museum a lot, and recommend walking there.
