Situated right on the Nakiyama Slope of Happo One mountain, Marillen Hotel by Hakuba Hospitality Group features Austrian-style décor, carved wood furniture and a fireplace. Breakfast was amazing, dinner was amazing, the staff and owners made you feel so welcome! It was the best ski trip/family vacation we've ever had!

Located just a 5-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, Hakuba Alpine Hotel features simple rooms and outdoor hot spring baths. It is just a 5-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. Everything was perfect. The host was super nice and the breakfast was very generous and high quality. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Hakuba.

Featuring a hot tub, massage treatments and tennis courts, Hotel La Neige offers rooms with a balcony and nature views. It provides a free shuttle service and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful hotel decorated in French style with great customer service. We were driven to and from the Gondola at Happo One every day and our skis and boots were always waiting for us. The staff were friendly and helpful and good restaurants were within walking distance. The breakfast was filling with a good range of options and our suite had a large spa bath that was great to enjoy every afternoon after skiing.

We are an American family who has taken dozens of overseas trips, and this has to be the friendliest, most professional staff we have ever encountered. The degree of ease that Ski Inn Hakuba makes for a ski/snowboard vacation cannot be overstated. Amazing rooms, amazing facilities, great food options at the hotel or a short walk into town, ski instructors will pick you up from your doorstep, private parking — it has it all. Book with confidence. We will absolutely be coming back.

I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

Featuring a public bath and mist sauna, Phoenix Hotel by Hakuba Hospitality Group is located in Hakuba, a 30.6 km drive from Nagano. Love our room. We chose the share-bath room type by accident, but in the end it didn’t bother us. The public hot bath and shower are very clean, we didn’t see another guest while using it. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are great, and the restaurant Mimi at the hotel is beyond excellent.
