Both the Manager/owner and all the staff are wonderful and kind people. We felt welcomed and every time we needed, we had all their help and support in everything. We liked everything, the area, the hotel, the staff. The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable and large bed. We slept excellently thanks to the shutters on the windows that we could close to make it a total night. Tasty breakfast with everything you need. Free parking in front of the hotel. Quiet and beautiful location where you can sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. We recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely come back

Beautiful mediaval city in Emilia-Romagna with lots of hidden surprises. It has one of the oldest universities in the world - if not the oldest - so there're a lot of students and a very active nightlife. It's the food capital of Italy, with lots of restaurants serving beautiful traditional dishes. The reagon itself is the heart of the Italian automotive industry with a lot of known brands situated very close to Bologna.

Very cool, university town with lots to do. Summer outdoor film festival, beautiful historic sites (more than I could see in 3 days), great cafes in every price point. Walkable, good bus transport, taxis reasonably priced. Great base to day trips to Ravenna, Modena, Parma. Located in Emilia-Romagna about an hour north of Florence but totally different feel. Loved it and would return.

I spent the whole week in the hotel during Ironman Emilia-Romagna. The location of the hotel is amazing, right at the end of the transition. Highly recommend it. Hotel & room were clean, staff was very nice, however, some of them could have a better command of English. If I will come back to Cervia definitely will use Hotel Kiss.

I've stayed here before and it was wonderful, which is why I returned with my friends. It was a great feeling when the staff at check in and in the breakfast room recognized me and remembered my cappuccino preference.....it's those little things right? One of our rooms had a sea view which was amazing as before. The breakfast was substantial and had a large variety to choose from.....with perfectly made cappuccinos. The hotel i very well located, just a few steps from the beach, although we were there during the recent rain deluge and flooding which plagued Emilia Romagna but it was a short walk to Viale Ceccarini and the historic center of Riccione. Everything was close and accessible. This was a perfect short stay to offer us a relaxing few days after a month of constant walking and traveling.....and I got to visit with my relatives! The rooms were clean and sparkling! The staff at the desk very warm and welcoming, as were the cleaning staff and restaurant staff.
