Not only was the room incredibly beautiful but also extremely comfortable. The lighting system gave the room a very modern and cool touch. The staff of the hotel were super friendly and very attentive. They made sure we weren't missing anything and all of our needs were covered. They even took it a step further and surprised my wife with a birthday gift with a personal touch. If we were to come back to Valencia, this is the only hotel for us to stay at. It compares to none and is a singularity. Thank you so much for the staff who helped us 😍 You two were the best and I thank you with all my heart ❤️

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Absolutely delighted with this hotel
