Overlooking the Außenalster Lake, this classic in 2020 renovated hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a spa with indoor pool, a private cinema, restaurants and a bar. Hamburg Central Station is 500 metres away. The location is beautiful, you can just walk in any direction and enjoy the city. The staff were wonderful. We had valet parking, and they were also super helpful with our luggage, and later when we realized we had forgotten something in the car it was no problem for them to help us retrieve it. The bar staff in the lobby lounge bar were great, and so were the drinks. We ate at Atlantic Grill & Health. Lovely meal, and super service. The room was fantastic, and the bed, the pillows, the duvet covers, it was amazingly comfortable 😊

If you want to catch the true spirit of Hamburg, stay at this hotel. The view from the rooms facing river Elbe is priceless. You get to see all the big ships coming in from all over the world in a panoramic view. The rooms are highly comfortable, with a lot of attention paid to details. You get there by ferry.

We loved our 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely and looked over the marina and river. It was clean and modern and had a great shower. The lobby was beautiful and the outside terrace was such a nice place to sit in the evening. We stored our bikes in the garage. The staff were very pleasant. We stayed mid week and found the price quite reasonable compared to if we had stayed over a weekend. We loved the location far from the bustle of the big city. We took the bus into Hamburg to do some site seeing.

I stayed in this hotel with the aim of having a strategic place as a starting point for visiting the city. After buying the Hamburg card I could freely use all the public transports, specially the metro and trains. The hotel is just in front of the main city station . The attendants constantly clean the structure. The breakfast is simply amazing!

The room was spotless, shower was perfect with hot water, safe and central location which was 10 mins of walking distance to the landmarks of the city and last but not least the STAFF. They were the best I've ever encountered especially the girl with glasses was so friendly and helpful to us, handled every requests of mine related to the billing for my company. The hotel was full of details which made us feel like home. From now, I'll search for 25hours in any of my future trips at the first place.

This boutique hotel was our favorite of our Germany trip. The adorable accessories were all available for purchase in the gift shop and we definitely bought a lot! It was perfectly clean, very spacious and fun for our whole family. The kids had a private bunk room in our room that was their favorite! They also had a lot of special touches for children such as tiny hangers and a separate toiletry box for them in the bathroom. We booked this primarily for the location to the Miniature Wonderland museum but would rebook just to stay in this adorable hotel again! The staff was absolutely amazing, kind, and accommodating.
