I met one of the maintenance staff who was meticulously wiping the leaves of one of the plants with such care who said, ‘yes, it’s a lot of work but it makes them look beautiful, no?’ And I thought this was a good example of the ethos of the hotel. Special thanks to manager Marcos, for helping to make my stay south a pleasure.
