Located 14 km from Arenal Volcano National Park, Lomas del Volcan offers lush gardens, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Each air-conditioned cabin has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. Amazing bungalow with volcano views. Staff were wonderful and the restaurant and food was great, especially the breakfast. The wildlife was fabulous - a real feeling of being close to the forest and having it's own private trail was a bonus. We will visit again.

WOW what an amazing hotel and a highlight in our Costa Rica trip. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the facilities are increíble etc. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. Perfect location about a mile outside of La Fortuna, 20 minute drive from all the volcano and jungle activities you could want. Daniela from their reservation team went above and beyond when my friend’s flight got cancelled and I would have been stranded at the Liberia airport for 24 hours. She immediately started researching and calling options on my behalf and ended up reaching out personally to another guest to ask them to split their transportation with me. Thank you Arenal Manoa you are a dream!

In this small family operation, Jose’s service was impeccable. He reached out in advance and removed down/feather pillows as I’m allergic. Six stars, Jose, for preheating the outdoor jacuzzi in advance of our arrival. Bungalow is the right word: small, adequate, hybrid indoor and outdoor. Jacuzzi on the side; rainforest in the back. Breakfast was more than adequate, and we enjoyed a tasty dinner at the Ross restaurant in nearby Chachagua. Sadly, we missed an early morning sighting of the area sloth crawling across the power line above. That’s for next time.

The staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. The breakfast had several tasty options to choose from and access to the juice and coffee machines. The dinner was delicious and Chef Alex presented the dishes to us. The location is close by car/taxi to downtown or to get to the spas, activities and food places. Noah’s rooms are very well accommodating with very comfortable beds, a small refrigerator, coffee machine, and small sitting area. Since we were celebrating a special occasion we splurged for the room with a private hot tub. This was a great option after a long day of exploring.
