Location is perfect, close to the east gate of national park (less than 10 mins by walk) and also the bus terminal (less than 15 mins by walk). The room was clean, comfortable and exactly same as photos. Owners are so kind and supportive. They don’t use English but you can get English support from their supporter Carol, so communication was smooth. And their dog is sooo adorable:)) Definitely you will get great experience here!!

Great city, lots to do and some amazing food. I live a short train journey away elsewhere in Hunan and Changsha is my favourite place to go on a weekend away. Orange Island and Yuelu mountain are great places to go for an afternoon walk. The museum has some great stuff too and I know there is yet more to do that I haven't just yet.

In particular, Chen Qiu Feng (Amy) was invaluable in facilitating the reservation and payment, and in making the time at World Hotel Jiaxing Hunan (in Changsha) an amazing experience. She is a gem, as is the hotel.
