While I stayed in the hotel, all staff were very helpful, kind, & nice. Even though my room had a little problem, the manager took good care of that issue & even upgraded my room. I felt very comfortable rest of days until checked out. Also, special thanks to Rio & Albert, both of the managers really helped me a lot.

Great staff training, with proper English skills. Little details such as a little treat by the bed, a pink rose on the table, makes a difference. The view from the room is beautiful. Swimming pool is great, with jacuzzi.
