Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.

Located in Torres del Paine, Hotel Lago Grey offers free WiFi access. Rooms here are all fitted with heating, private en suite bathroom and satellite television. Staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and so comfortable with an amazing view outside the window. The restaurant was fabulous, every dishes we ordered were very delicious. And also morning buffet which had varieties of food, was very good.

Chilenativo Riverside Camp ligger i Torres del Paine, 18 km fra Salto Chico og 22 km fra Estancia Pudeto. Der er have og udsigt til haven. The service was incredible, the host was willing to help in any way, giving us advice for the park and making us feel at home. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. The tents were warm and cozy, and the location is perfect! Easy access to the park and beautiful views to wake up to.
