Level of customer service was fantastic and could not do more to help our small family. The waiting staff in the restaurant were exceptionally attentive and generous with their time. Das Reisch is a traditional and modern 4-star hotel located in the heart of Kitzbühel, only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the ski lifts. I liked how it was in the center of town. Not too far from the slopes and ski lifts either. Breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It's a fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with a great view of the mountains. The hotel itself was only a short distance and we were very well treated on each of our visits. The menu isn't particularly large but we had two wonderful, if a tad. pricey, dinners there. Breakfast either inside or on the terrace, accompanied by a very good sparkling rose!
