An amazing building with fascinating history. Very well converted into a 5-star hotel. Location is quite isolated, Canfranc seems full of locked-up ski rental apartments and little else. The nearest 'proper' city is Zaragoza, 2 hours drive away. The hotel will really come into its own when/if the rail connection with Pau is completed - in 2024? The restaurant was excellent and surprisingly inexpensive - 60€ for 2 courses and a bottle of house wine for 2. Even better, they have a young wine waiter/esse who resembles a young Brigitte Bardot!

Ideally located in the center of Andorra la Vella, Hotel Starc by Pierre & Vacances Premium has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. This was one of the rare cases when the actual appearance of the hotel has beat the photos available at Booking: the room was great and very well cleaned. The price-quality ratio was absolutely gorgeous (the visit was off the ski season though). Another noticeable feature is the excellent room soundproofing - it's of recording studio grade.

This charming hotel lies at the entrance to the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. Rooms at Hotel Bujaruelo include a balcony with nice mountain views and free Wi-Fi access. This hotel has everything you need - really! Hike trails are starting at the other side of the road, 2 minute walk. Bus station to the entrance of the NP is not even a 5 minute walk. There's no better hotel so nearby the NP. Besides that; the room is very comfortable. Great, large beds (west-european standards), hot shower, airco, large rooms. The staff is super friendly, English speaking and not the forget: the restaurant is really good! Don't hesitate to book, it's really this good.

Set right in the heart of Escaldes, this modern hotel is located just 492 feet from Andorra's pedestrian shopping area, the town’s famous Caldea spa and from the new spa center Inúu. High standard of rooms and bathrooms. The service was very nice and the breakfast varied and with a lot of choice. We were super comfortable for the whole stay and hotel definitely met our expectations. We can highly recommend it for those who are looking for nice, cozy stay.

They are doing a lot right: really hot water immediately the tap is turned on (and it seems to last and at any time of the day); heat. They have individual thermostats that were still on...it snowed. And the only hotel I've been in in 83 countries which had the magnifying mirror at a height a woman could use...with a vanity stool to assist. My compliments.
