Instant panic! I called Kolmar and the very kind lady at the Kolmar reception desk tracked down the driver and they both drove back to the airport and delivered my bag safely to me!!! There are kind and good people in the world!

I also stayed for one night a week earlier. I asked for the same end room ’18’ which I thought was perfect. Clean with tv/wifi kitchenette and large bathroom. Could park outside the door - a unique electronic patio door mechanism. Quiet neighborhood on wide, quiet collector road. 10 minutes from the airport on the way out and close to the cross-city freeway (tried to stay out of Auckland traffic as much as possible).

Nos pareció un sitio comodísimo y cerca del aeropuerto. Tienen un servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto que es genial y muy apropiado, esto nos encantó y nos facilitó mucho todo. De hecho, el conductor Star fue muy muy amable con nosotros facilitándonos todavía más este traslado. El personal es muy amable y todo son facilidades.
