We booked a single night as a break from camping to avoid serious rain and then extended to 2. The management and cleaning team could not have been more helpful in accommodating our needs. The laundry facilities were excellent, and our (2) rooms clean, comfortable and warm. Parking was covered and right outside our door. Location is excellent, a short walk to the high street with banks, post office and shops, plus a beautiful park behind the motel.

I would say the best part is the convenience to cook (if you're planning to do so). They basically prepare everything you need for you (even fridge is in a good size to store food for few days).

Easy to check in/out (Self). Close to coles or woolworth supermarket. A bit of car noise in the early morning as it's close to highway. In other words, the property itself is quieter. To me, it was fine and no impact. Maybe a bit of concern for sensitive people. Other bonus is 'Belvoir Park Lake' right beside the motel. Good for take a walk with kids.
