I was in Tasmania to undertake a cycling tour and stayed at this motel both before and after the tour. I had arrived by aircraft with my bike disassembled in a bike box. On both occasions when I arrived (both before and after the bike tour), I was allowed an early check in. On both occasions, I was allowed to use a large 'storage' type area at the motel, firstly to assemble my bike and, after the tour, to disassemble the bike and box it back up. The staff were extremely helpful and also allowed me to store my bike box at the hotel whilst I was away on the tour. This is a three star motel but I found it excellent all round. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Internet worked well. Both rooms had tea, coffee, kettle, toaster and a microwave, with associated cutlery etc. What stood out were the staff members who were always very friendly, polite and helpful. Price per night was also very reasonable for a capital city ($79 p/n for twin room and $99 per night for double room). I would definitely recommend the Hobart Tower Motel for any stays in Hobart.

Fantastic spot for a long-term stay or as a base to explore the region. Lots of food and drink options right at the door, and 10-15 mins walk to Battery Point and CBD. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive: I had a few changes to do to my booking and everything went smoothly. The rooms are basic but tidy, and handy essentials are provided with the kitchenette. Highly recommended!

This hotel was beyond expectations. Although it says motel, it was super comfortable, great service, good stock of tea/coffee. Sufficient parking space and amazing view of the mountain and terraced houses in the town. Very close to botanical garden by car. They even went out of their way to provide us a bottle of milk when we needed extra and there was no time for us to explore after long drive on the given day. Truely impressed :)

Beautiful and spacious room, small fridge, kettle, and microwave, pay laundry on site, close to bus stop (however bus only stopped every hour), fairly quiet, natural light.
