Antelope Canyon
Experience the true harmony of nature at one of the world's most celebrated slot canyons. Located on Navajo land, Antelope Canyon was formed over hundreds of years, as water and wind flowed through the sandstone to create a sculptured masterpiece. Entry is restricted to authorised guided tours, so book ahead to avoid missing out.

Spectacular photographic opportunities with very savvy Native American guides who will help take fantastic pictures by adjusting your camera settings. The upper and lower canyons should be visisted, and are beautiful and relatively easy to walk through.

You've probably seen photos of the slot canyons.
You've probably seen photos of the slot canyons. Antelope has both an Upper Canyon and a Lower Canyon. Going through Antelope Canyon is a spiritual experience. Hopefully your guide also plays the flute while you are there -- like hearing a choir in a great cathedral.

We took a tour with a Native guide through Antelope Canyon. The ride out to the Canyon was very rough and bumpy; but we made it. The Canyon is beautiful. Our guide was a professional photographer so would give tips on how to make our photographs more representative of how beautiful the Canyon was.

Forty years ago all that was needed was a permit from the Tribal office, drive in with your own vehicle. In 1991 I drove in and stayed all day at the upper canyon. Then it was $.50. Then $1. Then $5. I hear now you can only take a guided tour with a restricted timetable to Upper Canyon. The last time I went to Lower Antelope Canyon in about 2001 the guy at the new booth wanted $20. Said it was because he owned the land. When I asked about the Navajo tradition of not owning anything (the old way) he said, "You want to enter, 20 bucks. Take it or leave it." I like the old way better. We drove up, entered, stayed as long as we wanted and left. Haven't been back.

Used Antelope Canyon Navajo Tours for upper canyon, which is the only operator accepting walk-ins. 100 a person for adults and kids (cash only), which is pricey but we didn’t have another option. The blow was softened by the fact that our guide was a professional photographer and gave our kids a free photography lesson. Be ready that tansportation to the canyon is a bumpy ride!

I would highly recommend bringing or renting Kayaks and adventuring around Lake Powell! Even when the main part of Antelope Canyon is closed a small portion of the Canyon is assessable by kayak and then on foot!

The apartment was big, clean and had all the facilities you can desire (washing machine, dishes, etc.). The location was great, just ten minutes from Antelope Canyon and also near to shops. Parking in front of the house.
This apartment looks average from the outside, though very neat, but it is beautifully and creatively furnished. It is very convenient to restaurants and coffee shops, as well as tourist destinations (if you are reasonably fit and want a once in a lifetime experience, try Mystical Antelope Canyon tour). There is plenty of room, a backyard patio for cookouts, and ample off- street parking. Well-appointed kitchen. The key code set- up works perfectly. Highly recommend!
The apartment was quite large with plenty of room for at least 2 couples and is in a quiet area. We had a few small issues on arrival but our host was responsive and solved things very quickly. The apartment was comfortable and close to amenities as well as a short drive to the Antelope Canyon.
Spacious apartment style rooms with all basic amenities - we particularly appreciated the microwave. Patio outside with dining table and chairs albeit not in a fenced yard. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance with the Antelope Canyon being just a 10 min drive away.
Visiting page was amazing - Antelope Canyon, Ken’s tours is a must see!! We were there for one night. This is a new hotel, quiet, friendly staff. After the looooong drive to Page, the hot tub was great.
A great and luxurious hotel.
The hotel staff is very kind, the room is clean and spacious, the hotel offers pampering services such as a pool, gym, free coffee and tea at the lobby, and more.
The location of the hotel is also excellent - close to all the important points around the city of Page: Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Glen Dam, etc.
A new hotel with large comfortable rooms and a huge bed! Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with lots of choice. A good place to stop when visiting Antelope Canyon.
It's rather new hotel. There are several similar hotes around. It's near to Powell Dam and you can see blue lakes from your windows, nice. Page is not big town, hotel is near to Walmart, Mcdonald, KFC. Even it's not so far from hotel to Antelope canyons or Horsebent.
If you like walking, it's five minuts walk from hotel to lakeside.
Convenient stop to visit Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfy. The staff has been very friendly. Nothing exceptional about the place, just a regular hotel with what you expect from a hotel.
