Chris was a delight and one of the great high points of our trip to South America.

One of our checked bags got lost by the airline and we asked if they could keep an eye out for it to be delivered. They helped us and even brought the bag to our room when it arrived. The location is also beautiful and perfect for getting to the Parque das Aves and the Brazilian falls.
