There is currently construction taking place in close proximity to Peppers Broadbeach. A large crane has been erected as part the LUXE development at Two Charles Avenue Broadbeach. This crane is positioned ocean side of Peppers Broadbeach Tower 1, visible from most Tower 1 Ocean View Apartments.
