We had the best stay at Coles Bay Vacation Retreat and would, without doubt, give it 10/10!! Karey and her husband were incredibly hospitable and the luxurious apartment was so well equipped. It was peaceful, convenient and just a few minutes walk to a lovely beach. And to top it all we had delicious breakfasts delivered to our door.

This Salt Spring Island guest accommodations is located on a property with a sculpture park and a wood-fire bakery. Yogurt was amazing! The bread and eggs made for a great wholesome breakfast to get our days going. And the orange juice and milk was a solid breakfast beverage choice! The owners are really nice.

Lyn was an incredibly gracious host. We stayed in the same space as she lives, which was a surprise, but she was careful to give us space and provided us with fresh croissants for breakfast. Instant coffee and powdered creamer were available but we brought our own. She was helpful in collecting any of our missing items that we ended up having to go back and collect, and at which point she was still very kind and gracious with us. We would certainly stay again. Patio was amazing. Hosts were super accommodating. We Loved visiting with their pups and made good use of the hot tub and fire pit!

It is right near the onramp to Highway 1 which makes it easy to get anywhere you need in the Vancouver area. The apartment has all the amenities including a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. It is clean with all the supplies you will need. We were 2 people, but it can accommodate a family with 2 or more children with a bunk-bed style arrangement in the second bedroom.
