The location is very convenient as it is very near the beach and a very short drive to Frankston and the remainder of Mornington Peninsula. The house is beautiful and spacious, the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. There is washer and dryer, and the hosts provided a very thoughtful starter kit so you would not need to rush out to get them (toiletries, laundry powder, etc), all in all a great place to stay, whether with a big group of friends or family members. There is centralized cooling and heating in most of the rooms, so whichever suits your need. Just writing this here to provide travellers with more information, and does not affect the rating (I gave a 10 rating!) The house is on shared land, thus it shares a common driveway and gate with another house, despite this, the parking and garage are separate and can park 2 or even 3 cars easily (unless you are driving full sized people movers or MPVs). The entrance gate is directly onto Nepean Highway, and the accommodation is the house on the back of the property.
