We loved the room, the decorations, and the food. The staff was very helpful, and they even kindly made us coffee before 6 so we could go awake to the Taj Mahal. Beautiful, clean, and elegant.

Location was fantastic and couldn’t be any closer to the West Gate Entrance for the Taj Mahal. Above all though was the exceptional service and help provided by Nik and his team, nothing was too much trouble and I would go as far to say that Nik was one of the most genuine and helpful hosts we have encountered whilst travelling around India. I wish him and his team all the very best and hope to see you again in the future. 😀

I stayed there for two days. It's only two minutes walking distance from the place where e rickshaw starts for the Taj Mahal. Rooms and bathrooms are large in size, neat and clean. Bed ,bed sheet are good, hygienic. One wardrobe is also there to keep bag, garments. But the room has smart television set. Over all very nice experience from Mr. Arjun who arranged a room for us at 6 o clock in the morning. He is a very helpful guy.

I assume the hotel was built recently. So the interior was still clean and tidy. But I mentioned below some parts that I observed that were not maintained well. And that if the management won't pay close attention to these details, and the staff doesn't work well, the hotel wouldn't look good in just a few months or a year. But, I do appreciate the staff that were so friendly and helpful. I just order the rest of my food from the hotel to keep safe from any food poison and I had no problem with food during a 1 week stay in Agra. The location is quiet and safe. There's a gym on the same street, just a few walk from the hotel, as well as 2 supermarkets located on the same building where the gym was. There's also ATM machine on the other side of the street as well. So location was really convenient for my stay. The rooftop will provide you a good view of sunrise early morning.
