Great location on a very nice street, next to a park, Sichuan Opera House is one minute walk away! The hotel itself is clean, modern and stylish, the breakfasts are good, there were very tasty flower cakes in the room as a compliment when I checked in. I would like to highlight the work of one member of staff with excellent English, she magically appeared every time when needed and helped with everything, thank you!

I like everything about this hotel! The hotel looks so much just like you are in an ancient Chinese TV show but yet the interior is equipped with automatic toilet. The receptionists are so nice and the hotel manager Frank speak perfect English. The most convenient thing, you can do your laundry for FREE and the staff will fold them for you!

Excellent location, very central, convenient, and easy to walk around to explore the city. Rooms were great - clean, spacious, comfortable. Service staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us many useful tips about getting around. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay

Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu. Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.
