Very nice and intimate hotel. Located in calm place just nearly to CBD and chinatown. Staff is very friendly, real european approach. Recommend.

Staff namely Julia I think was her name took the time to help me do a last minute room inspection for another room because I extended my stay for another night. I would definitely recommend for family and would come back again.

It was so beautiful and most importantly quiet and peaceful! Customer support was so kind and made sure we were comfortable our entire stay. It was very clean and you can not beat being on the water!
