It was a great room layout. We walked to a cafe for dinner which was close by. The wife love the bath tub to relax in. It was just an enjoyable get away for our 24th wedding anniversary. Very clean and kitchen well-equipped. The place is also very quiet which was great for a good night sleep. Location was close to tram stop.

The staff are amazing. so welcoming they put so much effort into keeping the place clean! This place really made my first month in Melbourne so welcoming! Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Richmond district of Melbourne, Grosvenor 3121 Richmond is a 16-minute walk from Melbourne Cricket Ground. It was really lovely apartment, very clean and all the facilities that you need, even including bathroom scales! When I arrived, I couldn’t find the ironing board and iron, so contacted the owner and he was over within 20 minutes to drop it off. Exceptionally good service👍
