Cristoforo Colombo is set in Rome's EUR district, next to Euroma2 shopping centre and close to Rome's GRA ring road. The hotel offers free WiFi throughout and parking and a free seasonal outdoor pool....

Ideal if you’re by car, there is a lot of free parking space. Breakfast was a bit basic but ok! The rooms with two separate beds are more spacious. Location wise, there is a busstop across the street that brings you to the metro station (takes around 7 min), from the metro station there is a metro directly to the center (takes around 20 min). You can tap in with your card and only costs 1,5€ for the bus and metro in total (one way.

What a lovely city, lots to see and do. Lots of history which we love, lovely food and friendly people, felt safe and walked everywhere to see attractions, roads are a bit mad even crossing them, be careful, I wouldn't drive there, got a taxi to and from the airport.

My daughter and I went to Rome for the first time and spent 5 days in May 2024. It was very walkable but some things are farther apart, and transit is a good idea. The crowds can be thick in tourist areas and main roads. Many historic sites and museums must be prebooked to avoid disappointment. Some tour operators try to sign you up as you are on site. These are more than entrance fees but many '"skip the line" which is great. We had Get your Guide for the Colosseum prebooked and she was excellent and we skipped the line. Lots of traffic and congestion in Rome so it can be overwhelming at times. So many lovely museums and churches to see but it's hard to do everything.

Many great historical tourist attractions everywhere, many beautiful churches open for visits, great for tired feet. I was apprehensive before my visit after all the negative warnings but I felt safe seeing so many police cars stationed everywhere. But Rome is expensive compared to other cities like Florence and very crowded in main tourist sites.

I did not recall seeing that breakfast would be available off premises. We had a choice of two locations to have breakfast depending on when we had our events scheduled. I would has preferred breakfast in the hotel but was not entirely dissatisfied with the off-site locations. The suite was excellent, the location central which allowed for easy access to many sites. On my nexu visit I will look for similar facilities with a breakfast room on-site

The location was great! We loved that we felt like locals while staying here. The room looks exactly like the pictures. Romantica Guest House was one of the best accommodations we had during our stay in Italy. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Rome. The check in process was also flexible. Our flight landed at 8 pm. We were able to stay in contact with the host and he met us at the Guest House right as the taxi was dropping us off. There was a small fee for late check in but it was very reasonable.

The room was very clean with all equipments. no noise from the streets since the window is toward the garden. very close to the metro and Roma Termini. and I need to mention while the breakfast was not on the list of benefits I had access to the coffee and light breakfast and also the kitchen tools. Location is awesome! Perfect for those travelling in Italy by train because of proximity to the Roma Termini station and relatively close to main attractions in Rome. Hop On/Hop off stop is right across the street from the hotel as well as the stop for the buses to 2 different airports (7 euros only!!). Last but not least - breakfast. I loved it and it is as good as everyone writes here. I will stay in this hotel next time i am in Rome. PS: The bed and pillows were really nice

This was the best place we stayed in Italy. Nice and new, modern and contemporary. Felt extremely clean, comfortable beds and we were lucky enough to have a view of Piazza Venezia from our room. Great location, we walked everywhere and didn’t have to use public transport once. Plus the breakfast! Pietro really went the extra mile to make breakfast each morning that bit special. I travelled on the spur of ht moment to watch rugby (Scotland v Italy). I know Rome and Italy quite well, having lived and worked and studied there in the past. Rome is clearly suffering from the covid lockdown and the city's finances are not good. The hotel is new and clearly makes an effort ..to establish itself and gain a good reputation. The location is good..and the staff were always helpful and supportive.
