The location is a bit out of town but the room was nice with a little garden area and secure parking.
The food in the restaurant was not what we expected, the staff was so hard working but under pressure as not a lot of staff were around.
It is a shame because the location of the hotel is pretty but a few things need to be sorted out, better quality of food and more staff training to help the ones that were working so hard.

Lovely hotel, nice comfortable rooms. The thing that made it for us though was the excellent service from the gentleman who checked us in. He shown us the way to the parking garage and helped us park, he was so very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely sensational service. We didnt get his name though :-(

Burgos was a great place, some historical Churches, the vibe of the city was great. Had to get our head around the restaurant opening and closing times, but once we knew it was alright. Yes I would recommend this city to friends.

Found a lovely place to eat Pinchos (tapas) very nice and not far from the hotel. The city is beautiful with so many buildings of architectural interest. Only staying one night whilst travelling through Spain was not enough time to appreciate everything the hotel had to offer.

We went to Burgos for the Cathedral and were not disappointed. The City centre is pedestrianised so it was easy to stroll around and find good tapas bars. There is a riverside park which must be lovely in the Summer.

Burgos is an historic city, still with lots of lovely buildings. It is quite small, so easy to get around. The centre is partly pedestrianised, has lots of restaurants, bars, squares and parks so is very tourist-friendly.
The cathedral is splendid but not really to my taste. The new Museum of the Evolution of Man shows off the recent local discoveries of prehistoric
hominids which are by far the oldest in Europe. But it's aimed at adults, especially Spanish-speakers, not so much families.
Burgos celebrates its most famous son - El Cid - and being on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela.

La Galeria in Burgos has a fantastic restaurant , fabulous wine list…….
Comfortable rooms with complimentary toiletries.
Friendly reception and staff.
Definitely will have a long weekend here.
I had the king size room that was very nice. There was even a telephone in the bathroom. That's sort of the dividing line for me about whether a hotel is fancier or not. I also had an exceptional dinner in their restaurant and the waiter was the very best I've ever had. He was just so nice and friendly and professional. Top notch. It's close to the cathedral, just walk across the street and there it is, so the location is great. Again if I didn't mind spending the money.
I spent 7 nights in this lovely hotel in a small but spotlessly clean room with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The view of the Burgos Cathedral from my window was simply breathtaking, almost unreal. The breakfast buffet was extremely good and varied, the service excellent, and the front desk staff accommodating and friendly. The location in the center of medieval Burgos was wonderful! Felt like I had spent a week as a time traveler to the Middle Ages.
What a spectacular place! The hotel is not just a room, it's an experience. The rooms are impeccable, quality is everywhere-- the beds are comfy, the linens are ironed and high quality, the towels are plush and plentiful, the toiletries are generous. This is luxury but not boring, it's quirky, it's amazing, it's everything you want in a hotel but never get. Bring a bathing suit, you will want to swim in the most fabulous pool you've ever seen.
The room was comfortable and well equipped. Above all, however, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had cycled to Burgos and putting my bike in a secure location within the hotel posed no problem for them whatsoever. Breakfast was good and at €7.70 very good value. I have no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending the Hotel Norte y Londres.
Big hotel near the centre of Burgos, short walk into town where there are lots of restaurants. Hotel was very clean with a lots of facilities, gym, swimming pool etc, Breakfast was very good with a huge choice. Reception not smiling as we would normally expect, but professional and organised.
The hotel receptionist Sonia was really lovely and so helpful . The garage is a bit daunting but it worked and was very convenient .The room was fine and breakfast was delicious . The hotel is in a great location - perfect if staying a short time in Burgos .
We stayed 2 nights here in Burgos to rest and sightsee. Hotel Agora was very good for this purpose. Great breakfast. Great shower. We were there on a Thursday and Friday night the the streets were full of people enjoying themselves. Really cool.
Great location, moments walk to the heart of the Old Town of Burgos with all its bars, restaurants, and of course the Burgos Cathedral.
The hotel has an underground carpark
Nice comfortable room.
Easy to access by car.
I’ve stayed before and remembered it when I needed a stop over near Burgos. Although I didn’t have time this trip there is a bus stop outside the hotel.. directly into the city..
Good sized hotel with facilities. Good breakfast assortment. Secure Parking. A short stroll from the centre even for those with disability issues like my wife.
