The rooms were comfortable and the location was very nice, by lakes and with restaurants and convenience stores close by. Rooms have kitchenettes and laundry facilities. The gym is ok, but there are no free weights.

Great location.
Great location. Within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, ice cream shop. From fifth floor we had a great view out to the city. Was a bonus to have two bathrooms in our Two bedroom apartment also.

I made a mistake and Mercure Caroline Springs did not keep our deposit for any length of time. The hotel was ethical in all its dealings with us. Clean, comfortable and convenient all in a picturesque setting by the lake. Good shopping all around.

We had a beautiful view of the city in the distance.
We had a beautiful view of the city in the distance. We were lucky enough to see Jupiter and Venus from the balcony outside our lounge. The apartments are really toasty as there are 2 split systems. The bathroom was huge!...plenty of hot water and the spa was heavenly.
The bedding was crisp and clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Just the right amount of pillows for a perfect night sleep.

The staff at Quest, particularly Gaurav, were absolutely fabulous. If the room had been good, we'd come stay all the time, simply because of the top-notch service and friendliness of the staff.
Everything was super clean, and while the room was very aged, the things that were there (except the windows) were very well looked after.
We stayed at the Mecure Caroline Springs because we were attending a wedding the next morning at Deanside. The hotel staff were very friendly, nothing was a bother. We would stay at the Mecure in Caroline Springs again if the opportunity arose. The room was well fitted, clean, comfortable and very well appointed.
Private Ensuit in a Luxury Homestay was breathtaking.
Was clean to the highest standard.
Comfortable and make you feel like home.
Fit for any King or Queen.
I say this is a 7 star Ensuit.
Has pretty much everything you would want in a 7 star hotel.
Staff was great.
Room is spacious and just beautiful.
The hotel is conveniently located, there is an IGA and a number of restaurants on site. The hotel has onsite parking. Staff were all excellent, helpful, well-mannered and acted professionally at all times. The rooms are clean and comfortable, great beds, well-appointed kitchenette for self-catering.
Hotel location was very convenient for us as we had to travel to Derrimut the next day - 20min drive. The room was clean & was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was al la carte with a small selection of food. Room rate including breakfast was very good.
Good, safe, undercover parking. Close to shops. Very friendly staff. Caroline Springs is a nice area with an easy train trip into Melbourne, lots of green spaces and a very good walk around the lake close to the apartment.
Absolutely spotless, amazing management, A/C awesome, I stayed at quest and another hotel and couldn't feel the air-conditioning, which was absolutely pathetic in this heat wave!
The location suits us as we drive into melbourne from the west (Adelaide) and Caroline Springs is easy stop and easy to leave when we want to go back to Adelaide.
