The property was out of the main area and down a little walkway which meant it was completely quiet at night. The wifi was excellent for my job and the staff were lovely. I used Grab all the time and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. I loved my time here.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the studio and it was lovely and spacious. Aircon worked very well. Bed was nice and soft with good cotton linen. Breakfast was excellent with Vietnamese and international options. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, egg station and much more.

Laura gave us a warm welcome (cold drinks and fresh-cutted fruits while checking-in) and had our luggage carried directly into our room (which has been upgraded as it was low season). It was a good surprise ! The room was quite big, nice and clean. Large windows, little balcony, A/C + fan, small fridge, kettle, everything you might need. And if you're missing something, Laura is the most helpful host. I was sick during my stay and she made sure I had everything I needed. She even prepared ginger tea for me to feel better. We stayed 2 nights and they refreshed the room the second day. Great sense of hospitality. Laura helped us booking excursion and bus. She also recommended places to see and nearby restaurants to eat at. Her kindness was exceeding our expectations!
