Love Long Beach, hated signal hill motel….and you should know it’s no where near the beach! What a joke.
Had to ask for two pillows and replace dirty bath towels. The 2 hard soap s for 2 people were less than 1/4” thin and about1.5” x 2” …tiny! No wash clothes. The big open closet had no hangers , not one! When I asked the stupid girl said” we don’t supply clothes hangers”!later a man stepped out and handed me about 6 little plastic hangers. They said if I need anything go ask the lady in room 7.But we knocked and knocked and she wasn’t answering.

The facilities were adequate for our needs.
The facilities were adequate for our needs. It was a little more expensive than what the facilities were like. The bathroom fan was very loud. We booked a shuttle to take and pick us up from our cruise. When I called the hotel to have them pick us up at 8 am they said that the shuttle did not start until 9 am. When I told them that we needed a ride before then, the woman who answered the phone argued with me, saying that we should have known because the information was on the paper given to us before we left. This conversation was not helpful. I had to be at the airport and needed to leave the city as soon as possible. We had to pay an Uber driver an extra 30 dollars to bring us back to the hotel. However, the hotel did say that they would refund 15 dollars from the shuttle fare. I will be contacting them for a refund.

the Extended Stay was filthy and poorly staffed.
the Extended Stay was filthy and poorly staffed. There was marijuana smoke in the hallways and the room telephone did not work. The kitchen was not sanitized, and we felt unsafe-will never stay there again and booking.com does little in representing you as a customer.

We were getting on a cruise and wanted to unwind ahead of it and get over jet lag (we were travelling from Australia). We stayed on the other end from downtown and the terminal. We had great access to the beach and the restaurants around here were great. Lots of little, what appeared to be mostly family owned. The neighbourhood was just that - a neighbourhood. Felt safe and lots of friendly people around. We did spend some time up near the cruise terminal with family who booked in a large well known hotel. It was way more sterile without the great restaurants and shops and certainly didn’t feel like a neighbourhood.

I like Long Beach a lot, but a visitor has to do some research because the amount of sights, restaurants, and events are just too many to list. Every time I go to Long Beach I make a new list of restaurants to experience.
The location of the hotel is really close to Long Beach airport and near The Hangar, a great indoor/outdoor place to eat dinner and lunch. I loved the bedroom, it was really clean, beautiful and very spacious. The black out curtains and the quality of the bed and beddings made our stay very comfortable.
The bathroom was very clean and well designed.
The breakfast in the morning was a must! Special mention to the diy waffle maker.
The Swimmingpool and jacuzzi were very clean and great to hang out around.
Casa Bonita Apartments was lovely. The building decor was of early 1900’s but renovated. As a single traveler who wanted to feel comfortable; it sure did provide that for me. it had a bathroom, kitchen, closet, and single room. It was near all that Long Beach had to offer (promenade, The Pike, Queen Mary.
A wonderful old house with a cozy atmosphere. Nicely decorated clean rooms. The location is great, close to the beach and not far from Downtown Long Beach. Breakfast was varied and lovingly prepared.
Pat is a lovely and unobtrusive host. We were so glad that she shared her home with us!
Nothing. This hotel is not worthy of staying open. This is a nice location in downtown Long Beach and that is why I chose it. They need to clearly state the amenities offered on your website and their website are not available and the hotel is a one star hotel at its best. Simply awful.
Inn at 50 is conveniently located from the Long beach, convention center and the aquarium. Food options are plenty. The hotel offers free parking. The staff are very helpful and efficient. Rooms are well equipped. Toilet and shower are clean.
Very large, clean, quiet, modern, room. The whole hotel was spacious and airy. We love the lounge and the jazz music playing in the hotel. Check out and parking was easy. Location very close to Long Beach, where we met with family.
Nice no-frills motel in the heart of Long Beach. Within walking distance of beach, restaurants, and shopping. Room was recently updated, very clean with a comfy bed and A/C. Check in/out was quick and easy. Free wifi and parking.
Nothing. It was a pretty bad place to stay at. And far from the airport regardless of what the hotel was stating. The taxi was $75. I don’t think that’s near the airport.
The location is right in the middle of downtown long beach. If need a hotel to stay want clean room near the beach and downtown long beach the good place to stay.
