Good svc from staff - one staff helped me with booking of taxi to catch my flight, and good that he was able to converse in Mandarin which made it easier. Room was spacious, clean. The pillow was flat and hard, but when I informed room svc, I had softer pillows sent to me very quickly.

A town that has a lot to offer especially if you are willing to get off the tourist track. Many side alleys with great shops, friendly owners and local customers willing to help. There are multiple places to eat throughout the city, so after you visit the tourist areas take time to find a hidden gem o your own.

I like the city's urban planning and ease of transport. Traffic enforcers, front desk at the Tourist Info and bus office are accommodating.
The trip to Peace Memorial and cenotaph was moving.
I just wish the city can implement more sustainable practices eg., waste segregation.

Naha city is one of the best cities that I’ve ever seen.
Naha city is one of the best cities that I’ve ever seen. With convenient traffic, you would enjoy the tropical island and unique culture. There are countless restaurants with savory dishes and cuisine near the hotel. Last but the least, the tax free policy of Japan would encourage you to buy tons of gifts for your family.

It's very easy to navigate Naha.
It's very easy to navigate Naha. Even though it's challenging since I don't read Japanese very well but with the little that I know I was able to navigate and find my way around. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores to choose from.
Location very convenient, walking distance to train, port and main shopping street. We got triple room and this hotel had the best rate compared to the rest of the city. Breakfast delicious, staff very accommodating. Comfortable beds. We actually stayed here twice during same trip as we couldn’t find a better snd cheaper place. Bubbles in the lobby every eve is a fun touch for kids. Also complimentary drinks in lobby. Pool is also free but we didn’t use it. Overall Recommend
The room was quite big. Not sure if rooms are wide in Okinawa, but after a few weeks in Honshuu it was by far more spacious compared to same category hotels we stayed before. It is close to the monorail, to the bus terminal (which we used to go to Churaumi) and not far from kokusai doori (although a bit of a walk if you're going somewhere on the north part of the street). Really good value for the money (we went in April, it still off season maybe that's part of the reason?)
Perfect hotel for staying in the heart of Naha! Phenomenal location, not far from Makeshi Monorail Station and Kokusaidori Street. This hotel offers an outdoor onsen, complementary drink lounge, evening ramen, coin laundry and various activities. This hotel is a beautiful property. I found the room to be very spacious! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean! The staff were very welcoming and could speak with excellent English which was very helpful!
Over everything, I loved how clean the hotel was. The staff was helpful and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was great. The location is good as it is close to bus stops and a train station. A bus stop was literally below our window. We could easily travel around Okinawa on our own from our hotel without the expensive tours. I will definitely stay again.
The location of the hotel is great, at one end of the famous Kokusai street. You can easily walk up and down the street from the hotel and enjoy Naha's downtown area from this location.
The staff is always helpful and nice. Measures against the coronavirus were ok too, alcohol everywhere and all employees obviously using masks 100% of the time.
The loft bed! It was perfect for the kids. We stayed at many different resorts in Okinawa but my kids liked this loft the best. Parents liked the ofuro - good for a hot soak. The location is very easy to find because of the tall bright sign. Good value for money. Staff does not speak English but was good at using Google Translate.
The breakfast was amazing. The spread was sumptuous, and you get to try different okinawan dishes. The local beverages such as shiquasa juice, hibiscus juice and jasmine tea at the all-day drink bar were very refreshing.
Staff was very friendly and polite. Location was very good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
A great stay at Naha! we chose this hotel only 24 hours before arriving, due to the typhoon cancelling other plans; it was lovely and comfort, allowing us to relax and visit the entire main island of Okinawa and the city of Naha; The room was spacious and perfect for a one-week stay.
Hosts are extremely nice and great cooks!! Had an amazing time staying here and exploring Okinawa. Hosts are very responsive to any questions or issues you may have. The room was very well kept and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here!
We mainly stayed as a stop off before going to another island in Okinawa. The Nest was great. The food for breakfast was good. Plenty of options. The location to the airport was convenient. I LOVED the pajamas provided for the night. Nice cotton fabric, very comfortable.
Location, decent breakfast, good selection of drinks, food, 24 hours counter service, nice helpful staff, comfy bed, across street from Lawson and 7 Eleven was convenient. I liked the potato salad, cabbage salad, Okinawa soba-soup was good.
The staff was outstanding. It was well located and the view very nice on the Tomari port. We will come back for sure. All the facility was working perfectly and the cleaning staff very accommodating. Amazing place to stay while in Okinawa.
this hotel had everything i wanted: clean comfortable room and bed with a working desk and outlets. a washer and dryer, across the street from Naha bus terminal and airport tram. close to all restaurants and bars and friendly staff
Location was good, you can walk to the main street, lots of good restaurants options nearby as well. Size of the room was OK compared to Tokyo lol but I also stayed at north Okinawa couple days and it was bigger room there.
The staff was super helpful with any questions we had about Okinawa. They are multilingual and very friendly.
We were also able to leave our bags while we took a 2day road trip. And the free beer hour was great!
-location: close to the monorail station, big malls, restaurants, convenient stores, Okinawa museum, and a rental car place.
