Check in and out procedure was efficient, same lady, who was most helpful. Can't really comment further as it was simply a place to spend the night before starting our journey the next morning. Fuel station next door so ideal for filling up the rental car before returning it or topping up the tank for onward travel. Free water from dispensing machines. Despite being alongside the A4, the hotel is well soundproofed.

If you’re going to Milan I will say that it’s far away and not an easy task and will consume time but if you’re planning to spend some time in bergamo this is the place for the value and price.
