Host communicated personally via my preferred communication method even late in the evening and waited patiently for my late replies.
The host arranged everything for a smooth late check in (1am) with hand written instructions.
The host also was really accommodating to my last minute change in travel arrangements allowing a last minute late checkout. I had an intense work schedule the whole day with little time to change my booking, but I did not need to stress over the accommodation and luggage because of how well I was treated.
I don't recall having such a good experience staying anywhere anytime before this.
On top of this, there was a nice selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes in the breakfast area. The place has a beautiful kitchen/breakfast area with cups and plates handmade with care. The rooms are spacious, clean and very relaxing.

I saw little of it but was here on a training course, mainly. Went to a lovely & friendly restaurant here, one evening. The rubbish & recycling system is quite daunting. Around the apartments, the external bins are kept locked apart from just as the rubbish is collected.

The hotel prepared a room for us in 10 minutes, with no extra cost. The extra bed was ready, and there were plenty of towels. The room was very very clean. The staff was super friendly accepting us in the middle of the night, and they offered us a coffee and a small breakfast before opening hours of the complimentary buffet. The parking is free and great.
