Beautiful and quiet town.
Beautiful and quiet town. Everything within walking distance. Favorite place for quick bite was Mastro Titta Pizza within two blocks of Airbnb. I would recommend staying longer as there is much to do it Civitavecchia. We missed walking along the Harbor, visiting Fort Michaelangelo, and the beaches. We read about direct Shuttles to the Airport, none were available the day we left because no cruise ships were arriving in Port. Car Service was expensive. We ended up taking the Train, which was not as convenient but not bad at all and at a fraction of the cost!IdaUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

The hotel is an outstanding location for pre-cruise...
The hotel is an outstanding location for pre-cruise travellers as the location is just a few steps away from Largo della Pace where cruisers pick up the free shuttle to the cruise terminal. Just roll your luggages along the sidewalk then across the street onto the ramp towards area where the shuttle awaits.

We did not stay long enough to get to know it well enough but what I saw was great. I would advise anyone travelling to a hotel in town and coming off the Barcelona ferry not to use the Sat Nav until well into the centre. It is likely to take you through the port to a controlled gate which you will not be allowed to pass and you will be sent back. Just follow signs to the centre then switch on Sat Nav when well clear of the port.AlanUnited Kingdom

It is right in the heart of everything. We felt safe. You can walk everywhere there once you park. It is a port where ships come in. You need to be a B & B person, only 5 rooms and it is a shared kitchen. AC was the best on our 2-week trip to Italy. The TV has Netflix in English do not have to fight with the TV. we had 2 of 5 rooms that had nice balconies facing the ocean. There is a lounge below that has live music.

We would definitely stay with them, if we are back to Civitavecchia again in the future.
