A truly charming hotel that has been carefully renovated over the years to retain its period charm. Spacious room, delightful pub, and wonderful staff. This was a true gem in our European excursion.

I loved the bedroom decor . I loved the fact that you could open the windows & turn off the heat . My one pet hate is hot hotel rooms !
Take a step back in time with a hotel steeped in history that offers luxurious surroundings within 30 acres of private gardens and woodland.

The service from staff was excellent. Katie, Doreen and Esther each morning provided very attentive breakfast service. We also enjoyed great service in the Orangerie for meals and drinks.

Good shower, good food lovely staff great location
This was a great stay for our short trip. Very close to eating establishments and bus and train stations. Lovely and very clean accommodations. We loved Finnegan's Pub where Sean, our bartender really made us feel at home. What a great welcome to Ireland! This place was so well located! We walked from the train station to this property very easily and my husband has Parkinson's. The hotel offered a lift which was great. "The Mall" was literally a two minute walk and full of stores to shop and places to eat. There was also a bus stop very nearby for us to get to Dingle.

Very nice town, and very clean.
There was a lot going on the weekend we were there, but it was still very easy to get around and find parking adjacent to the town centre.
Our kids loved the Aquadome and would have stayed there for the entire visit!.
Tralee was also a great starting point for daytime to Dingle, Killarney, etc.

Tralee is a small town, but that is a large part of its charm. We were fortunate enough to stay in Tralee while they had a street festival in the town square, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

I can't give many tips after only a one night stay, but I'd definitely recommend a pint at The Blasket pub followed by dinner at Cassidy's. A walk through the rose garden is also recommended.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the people, the Museum of Kerry, the Central Park and of course the live music and Guinness in some of the old bars. Public transport didn’t seem that good though and I decided to take a taxi to the airport which was about 30 Euros with a tip which I thought reasonable for the distance.
The cottage was obviously newly refurbished. Great kitchen with all you need for self catering. There's a washing machine too if you are there for a few days.
Lovely modern bathroom with a great drench shower.
One great sized double room and two more decent twin rooms. The beds were lovely and comfortable.
Location was great as a base to explore the Dingle Peninsula and Tralee.
The host was very helpful too and was only a phone call or text message away. I would definitely come back here and recommend to family.
We took a long road trip in Ireland and this was our favorite stay. Thankfully, we booked 2 nights! We had the old farm house to ourselves which was totally renovated but maintained the historical ambiance. We were charmed by the pigs, ducks and sheep. The cool walks & incredible views through the Christmas tree farm were such a treat. Our gracious host chatted with us both days.
Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and obliging, particularly the young lady on reception who checked us in and the gentleman who worked through the night. Food was excellent. Location perfect near to everything in Tralee town. We would definitely stay here again. For a 3 star hotel, exceeded all of our expectations.
We loved the entire property - the availability of the gorgous and spacious lounges, the service, the attractive surroundings, the food, the dogs... everything came togehter to make it a very special splurge for our Ireland vacation. We would certainly consider coming back again!!
It is a very nice, modern and comfortable hotel. If I am not mistaken the best one available in Tralee. Beds are comfortable and breakfast caters for all needs and preferences. Staff very hospitable and friendly. Parking is also available at no extra cost. Free Wi-Fi.
Breakfast was good, typical for hotels in Ireland, with full Irish breakfast, but I like it. Of course, with Covid-19 restictions there was some extra hassle, but overall I like the food quality and the waiter service during breakfast.
Lovely hotel, located in Central Tralee.
Room was clean and had all one would need, iron, hairdryer, tea making facilities, good shower etc.
Michael on reception very helpful and friendly.
Would definitely stay again.
The location was excellent for visiting Banna, Tralee, and close enough to Kilarney, and Dingle. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to relax, cook, and head out for the day.
Location is great, right in the heart of things to do in Tralee. The hotel is quaint and clean and staff was good at explaining our stay. The restaurant/pub next to the hotel was also very good.
Beautiful, clean hotel within walking distance of town centre. Food was excellent and the staff were all so pleasant and welcoming. Will
definitely be visiting the rose hotel
