Room was well furnished and clean. They left us cookies and some chocolates which was a nice touch. Water pressure in the bathroom was very good. We had breakfast included in our rate and there was a good selection of food.

Aldeburgh is a quaint town with shop, pubs and restaurants. Most of the high street parking is only two hours but you can find free parking within the nearly residential street. The White Heart pub and Cross Keys are great pubs, Magpie bakery has lovely bread and cakes.

Abundance of cafes and restaurants in a lovely seaside location with good walks along the beaches. Ideally located for trips to the likes of Snape and Orford.
On the downside very limited free parking between 9am - 6pm and few pubs which meant they were always packed and being a party of 5 could never find a table. Ended up going to Orford for a more leisurely relaxed drink. .

Aldeburgh is a great base for the Suffolk coast, and very close to Snape Maltings which we visited. The High Street is an interesting mix of independent and chain shops, plus lots of restaurants and pubs. I previously visited many years ago and having returned once will definitely be going back.

Aldeburgh is a beautiful town with plenty of independent shops, cafes, pubs and fish and chip shops. It's close to other places like Southwold, Orford etc. We ate at the Golden Galleon fish and chips twice and bbqued the other night. We had day trips to Walberswick (ferry) and Southwold and Orford Castle.

A wonderful place.
A wonderful place. Very smart with good shops, restaurants and pubs. Swimming in the sea every day was a highlight. We enjoyed being at the quieter end of town where street parking was easy but there was just a short walk to the shops and beach.

Traditional town by the sea..never crowded..lovely walks along the beach or promenade..Really good independent shops, cafes, restaurants on the High Street which runs parallel to the beach..
Aldeburgh Market restaurant does excellent food and always a warm welcome.. White Lion Hotel open to non residents and do an excellent inexpensive breakfast if you're self catering. Mill Inn pub and Cross Keys both excellent pubs with good food.. fresh fish sold from the shacks on the beach..
It was a beautiful property, everything we might have needed (and more) was provided. We received a welcome bottle of wine. Tea and coffee, spices, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine, etc., were available. It is also very tastefully decorated, we kept finding nice little touches, lots of nice art work, everything matches. A wonderful place to stay, also very well located with private parking at the back.
Staying at the cross keys was excellent from top to bottom
The room was lovely clean and well laid out the ,bath was a bonus with powerful hot shower too
The teas inc decaf and coffee etc were great and refilled as required Inc the biscuits
The breakfast was lovely and made the stay great value for such a conveniently located stay in the busy vibrant town of Aldeburgh
Great value
The friendliness of the staff and their welcome. Good food, good value in the dining room and good service. The hotel is comfortable and in a great location for Aldeburgh town and the surrounding countryside. My friend was not well and they were very kind to her as she recovered. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to experience Suffolk.
Very central to the beach and town, as soon as you walk into the property, it smelt clean. It was cosy, the sofa and chairs were comfortable and not hard. Beds were comfy, everything you needed was in the kitchen and was spotless. Cake was a nice touch. I have stayed in quite a few properties in Aldeburgh and this is one of the best.
The space and layout downstairs for the 5 of us, the comfort of the lounge and the exceptional selection of DVD's and books during our stay. Whilst I have not dealt with Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages before, I found them to be excellent and better than any previous experiences with other property rental companies.
This apartment was perfectly situated, with waves of baked pastries and cakes filling the air from the caffe below. It was such a lovely treat to stay at the Pebble view, and indeed you get a superb Pebble view of the beach from the rear windows. Will definitely be returning!
It was close to the centre of Aldeburgh and the seafront. Parking was a significant positive. The flat was comfortable and easy to live in. It was ideal for the two of us. I’m not sure that it would be so good for many more- two couples at a pinch.
The apartment is nicely decorated and well appointed. The bed exceptionally comfortable. The position in Aldeburgh is ideal, close to all the amenities and beach.
Excellent information package.
I liked the location, the room, the pleasant nin-anaesthetic comfy décor, the staff, the breakfast was mainly quite good, the great Indian restaurant, the general sedate ambiance of the hotel.
The hotel was lovely right on the beach and would definitely recommend a stay here! Breakfast was fabulous and we had ab evening meal in the restaurant was very nice especially the seafood!
Location is amazing, right on the beach. The hotel is very nice and staff are helpful and friendly. The food is great. I have stayed there many times, and will be coming back again soon.
Comfortable lounge areas with plenty of seating.
Calm dining experience. High standard throughout.
Good position in Aldeburgh, quieter beach end with easy access path.
The food and the drink within the hotel is excellent. I even got a free drink for my birthday
Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
