It is easy to get a bus straight to the airport from outside...
It is easy to get a bus straight to the airport from outside the hotel as well as to other parts of Madrid like the NASSICA Mall. There is a shopping mall beside the hall where I had dinner twice which was very good. The hotel was clean and tranquil. Staff were easy to communicate with one lady stood out at the reception but I cannot remember her name she has brown or blond hair speaks really good English. It was a great stay.AAnonymousNigeria

The minibar was not working on the first night; we asked the front desk and the lady was very helpful to ask someone to come and check. The minibar was indeed broken and we could stay at another room the day after (because the hotel was fully booked on the first night).

Not much English spoken in the restaurant and the menu is in Spanish but that's our fault very little spanish We would definitely stay again food was good. Recommended.
