We recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at Neverland and I cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the exceptionally courteous staff. Their attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure our comfort made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel boasts an array of fantastic facilities that cater to both kids and adults, making it the perfect family getaway. One of the standout features is the incredible aqua park. Our children had the time of their lives racing down the slides and splashing in the various pools. In the evenings, the entertainment options were endless. The shows put on by the hotel were top-notch, offering a mix of dazzling performances that kept both kids and adults enthralled. The fun fair was another highlight, providing a classic amusement park experience with games and rides that delighted the entire family. And let’s not forget the food! The hotel’s dining options are diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a variety of cuisines available that ensured everyone found something to enjoy. The buffet was always well-stocked with fresh and flavorful dishes, and the specialty restaurants offered a more intimate dining experience with exceptional service. Overall, Neverland exceeded our expectations in every way. The friendly staff, fantastic facilities, and endless entertainment options made for a perfect vacation. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at this remarkable hotel.

Friendly staff.

We booked an all inclusive stay deluxe swim up room through booking for our honey moon, however we were given the chance to upgrade to their signature suite so we did that. The room is extremely clean, very spacious, has all the amenities one could need and was decorated upon our arrival to put us in the honeymoon mood. We were very happy with how "Sameh" from house keeping kept the room in shape every day. He listened carefully to our needs and executed them in a way that showed he truly cared to make our stay as comforting as possible. We had the honeymoon package as well so we were sent a very nice cake and a basket of fruits as a complimentary service from the hotel. The signature suite has its own mini private pool, and it was maintained multiple times every day by "Karim", who also went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with it and satisfied and whenever we had a concern he would quickly address it. He was truly a hard working, friendly and very respectful person. He also worked the main pool and I have seen him give it the exact level of dedication he gave the private ones. The hotel itself has a variety of a la carte restaurants representing different cuisines (Lebanese, Indian, Asian, Italian & Seafood) which need a reservation beforehand, as well as the main buffet restaurant which is themed every dinner. The food in the A la carte was nice, and the staff working in each restaurant was very friendly. The breakfast in the main restaurant was varied, on point and everything was fresh. There's also the central bar near the main restaurant at which we were regularly served by Mostafa and Mohamed during daytime snacks and night time shows, who both also did an excellent job especially Mostafa who was really friendly, always smiling and catered to our needs with most care, going above and beyond to the point where he spontaneously sent us special cocktails that were excellent and made us feel taken care of.

All is good. The staff was helpful. Food was fantastic. Animation team was good. Pool was clean and aqua park was exciting. Special thanks to Mr/ Mohamed Nabil for his caring about our stay.
