The property was beautiful. We had a view of the river. Our room was large and spacious. They also have a beautiful garden in the back of the hotel so you can sit and enjoy the river. Hotel staff were so nice and friendly. I also loved that they had on site parking. I would definitely stay here again. I will also recommend to friends and family. We loved our stay.

Compact old town centre (mostly reconstructed) with not much to see for tourists. Beethoven’s house was worth the visit though, we also enjoyed the Macke exhibition at the Art Museum. There were few decent restaurants around the town, we found an Italian, “Italiani” that served a good pizza. Lots of snacky places or SE Asian type food places. Seems to cater more for students. For us it was just an overnight staging post on a long journey, I couldn’t recommend staying there for any length of time (and if you do, give the hotel Lohndorf a miss…!).

Much smaller than its close neighbour, Cologne, Bonn does not get behind in terms of its great history, multicultural feeling, amazing food and drink options, excellent variety and efficiency of public transportation system, excellent facilites for pedestrians and cyclers and vibrancy of overall urban life, even late at night. And it really gets forward in terms of great historic architecture, public spaces, safeness and costs. I really enjoyed the experience, even for a work trip, I just loved wandering around the historic center, the Rhine front, the central train station and all the way south to the World Conference Center and west to the Alter Friedhof. All I saw, lived, ate and bought was met with nice people, great spots for taking pictures and amazing experiences. Would have loved to stay longer, to visit its many museums.

A smaller, but vibrant and multicultural city, with an amazing assortment of attractions (of which visited few, due to a very tight time and budget, due to attending a congress in the city) and the best and most convenient public transportation system that I have seen. The historic center is amazingly beautiful, clean and ordered, the Rhine border is beautiful and if you love Beethoven or are interested about Post-War Germany, this is the place to be. Lastly, I come from a place where cities are deserted at night, so going to a place where people are just, safely, enjoying in the streets, eating out or clubbing was a really nice experience to live, as an urban planner.

From the little that I saw, the city is ok.
From the little that I saw, the city is ok. Lots of visible homelessness and drunkenness in the public open spaces though. As a lone female traveller this affected how safe I felt. It is not a city I would visit for a vacation. For business purposes it is ok.
The room and the bathroom are modern. The online staff was prompt and helpful.
The hallway entrance is very cozy to spend time and relax, good also that there are lockers.
The hotel is at the main street, close to a bus station that takes you to the railway station.
There are restaurants and shops around.
Wi-fi was good.
You can find parking on the street around.
I liked that there were complimentary drinks and chips in the room, including tea and coffee.
The room also had a safe.
Perfect location for a meeting at the World Conference Centre Bonn as it is just next door. Easy to get to the hotel on public transport from Bonn or Cologne (stop at Bonn Gronau UN Campus train station) and a lovely walk along the river into Bonn city centre. The rooftop bar has amazing views and good service. The room service was very efficient too (much quicker than in the restaurant on the ground floor.)
The host is very accommodating. They provide free breakfast. The room is very spacious compared to other places in NRW. Good value for money. The internet is good. There are many facilities around. Payment is cash. The neighborhood is not busy like downtown. And if you are from the Middle East/Asia, the toilets here have bidets (shattafa) :D which is rare in Germany.
Such a wonderful hotel centrally located, next to Bonn's main train station! The hotel lobby is exceptionally beautiful and they have a nice bar as well as an outside lobby to sit. Nice cafe's and restaurants close by. The rooms offer all you need! They also accomadted the several chnages of my booking very well. I did not have thebreakfast but it looked well.
The staff were very accommodating of my early arrival and immediately placed me in an available room. I love the simplicity of the hotel - I know what to expect and the Prizeotel delivers every time! I also love the location along the Rhine river and the daily walk I get along the river to and from my meetings.
Very nice location close to museums and political attractions, as well as the U-Bahn. Getting into the city centre takes only a few minutes on the U-Bahn, but it is also a lovely 20 minute walk along the Rhein, which is one of the most gorgeous places in Germany. I extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much.
The location is very good, walking distance from the main train station and very close to the Altstadt.
The staff were very nice and helped us with any issue.
We also really enjoyed the fact that they offer 10% discount for breakfast at a nearby french café.
The hotel bar Balthasar is really nice as well.
Big rooms, sauna, outdoor heated swimming pool, and good options for eating. It's a luxury hotel. Their choice of handwash, shampoo and shower gel is good. Good quality of the bed and pillows. Free use of the crib was a plus. The view of the river from the room and also from the outdoor pool was fantastic.
The three-person room in the hotel has two rooms. Although there are only two people living there, the experience is very good. Especially after check-out, I helped to mail the missing items to Germany. I was very touched. I will go here next time on a business trip.
Comfortable rooms - we had booked two apartments. Excellent breakfast buffet. We were travelling along the route of the River Rhine by bicycle and were able to safely store our bicycles at the hotel. A great hotel for a visit to Bonn and the surrounding area.
Nice and spacious room. Had a kettle in the room with coffee and tea which is quite uncommon in Germany. Comfortable bed. Very good value for money. Walking distance from the river and city center. Parking was also easily organised.
The hotel is a little bit outside Bonn, but you can easily reach the city center by tram, and park your car near the hotel. Very friendly and helpful owners, family atmosphere, and my room was big and comfy.
An old fashioned hotel. Breakfasts were excellent and there is also a restaurant attached to the hotel as well as a gym within a two-minute walking distance where you can purchase a day pass.
New and very clean room with nice breakfast. The centre of Bonn is easily reachable with public transport (20min away). The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area with many villas
Excellent location in a quiet area of Bonn. A small and very clean hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, free parking places and affordable price...what else?!
The hotel was close to the centre of the Bonn and next to the rhine, which is nice. The hotel is simple but clean. The staff of the hotel is incredibly nice!
