We had a wonderful stay. Good-sized room facing the lake and marina. Excellent facilities. The Spa was really lovely.
The reception desk team was very forthcoming and helpful.
In jungfrau region, much better to stay here, than in Interlaken.
Enjoy the view of the most beautiful bay in Europe and the mountains of the Jungfrau region during your stay at Eden Spiez.

The design & decoration of the room is excellent. However the bed & pillow are too soft.
The BFS was also excellent with variety of food.
The location & environment was superb as there was the beautiful garden to walk and also the pier was not very far.
We were impress in the warm and nice service in the restaurant.

Spiez is one of many towns around the lakes which are all serviced by the ferry network that goes around the lake. Spiez is beautiful and has a real port town ambience. It has good amenities including a major train station - choose to avoid the bustle of Interlaken and the high prices. Make sure you have a swiss travel pass or interrail pass so you can enjoy free travel on the ferries to get between the lake towns - an incredible experience you will not forget.

Spiez is a beautiful small town.
Spiez is a beautiful small town. It is at the shore of Lake Thun and has a port for boats going round Thun Lake. It is a very good place to discover the Thun and Brienz Lake but having a Railway station it is also suitable to discover wider souronding. Spiez is smaller and much queiter place then Interlaken. If you feel better closer to nature then busy big cities, then Spiez is a great place to stay.

It's a steep hill leading down to the ferry but there is a bus & a little blue train. There are restaurants around the harbour. I recommend the restaurant at the Riviera Hotel.
The ferry goes to Thun & Interlaken with stops along the way.
There was a children's play area by the harbour.

Spiez is built on a hillsife overlooking the lake and mountains. A pretty spot, with hotels and a few restaurants. If your chosen hotel does not do meals of any kind you eat out at another restaurant. If you stay by the lake its quite a climb to the station with buses few and fat between.
Perhaps not the cheapest of towns.

Spiez was a great quiet location to explore the area via local trains and busses. Some would find it way too quiet, with a choice of approx 10 restaurants or so. Hilly town with uphill walks to the station, or back from the lake. Beautiful vistas of lake and montains.
The service was excellent and the staff is so friendly, and also so helpful! The wellness area is simple but really effective, and the infinity pool was really amazing. Same goes for the bar/lounge which has an incredible view! My room was really cozy and had all that I needed. The location is just a 10-minute walk away from the Spiez station, which is super convenient. Overall, this was SUCH a great experience.
The property is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for Swiss holidays. Having a spectacular view of Lake Thun everyday is a big plus! Location is superb as it’s right across Spiez train station. Migros supermarket is also a few steps away which was really convenient. Hosts were very responsive to my questions. We will definitely come back and stay longer! It was overall an amazing stay!
The cafe attached to the hotel was incredible. The room was welcoming and we loved being in it. The complimentary coffee was a bonus and the trust of the hotel to allow people to check themselves in and report how many drinks they took from the fridge made me wish I lived in a high trust society. Also, do yourself a favour and book the spa for an hour. You won’t regret staying here.
Room and bathroom were shining clean. The bed was extra comfy. The Hotel Movieworld (in a real movie) is a few steps from the railway station which was great for expoloring the surronding Berner Alp, Thun and Brienz Lakes. From the terrace of the hotel the wiev to the lake and mountains was amazing.
Nice room layout, really comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, everything was very clean. Absolutely beautiful view of Spiez from the room and the dining room. Staff were so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.
just one step to the spiez train staion,location perfect, view from the kitchen excellent; well equipped for cooking ,staff is efficient,sending the check in notice message promoptly and reply any questions shortly via booking.com;
A nice hotel with great facilities such as a pool, many steam rooms, gym and restaurant.
Balcony was big with great view
Clean and tidy with polite and helpful staff (especially the room cleaning staff who were excellent)
Comfort double room was of reasonable size, with own small balcony overlooking road. No issue of noise as Spiez is a very quiet town. Short walk (6 mins) uphill to station, but there is a bus stop literally outside the hotel
View was amazing.
Location: Near to bus stop. Take a bus free of charge from spiez train station to spiez schiffstation. Bus no 61. Once you reach stop it is just 1 min walk.
They had enough towels for our 7 night stay.
The location was perfect, the breakfast excellent. The hotel is right next to the landing jetty for boats to and from Spiez, so it is very convenient, and the views of the harbour and surrounding mountains are beautiful.
We had an excellent stay. The room is nice and clean. Our room was also quite large. Great location as well, near the Spiez train Station. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Love it
Perfect location on the Spiez bay. Few minutes walk from the castle, the dock, the playground and the minigolf. Apartment is beautifully decorated by the host.
