The keyless entry to rooms was great, no fear of losing your key. Spacious room and polite/helpful staff. Parking available. Good location easy to walk to where you want to go.

You'll love Mooloolaba as we do. What a great location. Stay somewhere in close proximity to the beach.
If you're an LGBTQIA+ Traveller, we can't recommend The Landmark Resort as we had a very unpleasant HOMOPHOBIC experience with a Senior Staff Member (Front of House) May 2023 and wrote to the General Manager. We Received No Response. After several stays, will not stay there again.
COCO Mooloolaba is worth a stay. Good place.

We have been visiting Mooloolaba for many many years and we plan to keep returning. Beautiful, family friendly beaches, with easy walking along the beach front up to Maroochydore and out along the spit. It is also great for surfing, boating and fishing. Easy ccess to a range of shops, cafes and restaurants.

You will not regret holidaying in Mooloolaba.
You will not regret holidaying in Mooloolaba. It has everything you could want in a holiday spot. Great shopping, seafood, cafe's, restaurants, coffee shops, ice-cream. It has playgrounds, canal cruises, Sea Life, the Marina and it is not far from bigger shopping centers if required. You can drive up the mountain and explore Maleny, go to the Eumundi Markets, explore Noosa all just a short drive, otherwise relax at the beach and watch the kids play, swim and look for crabs. Such a beautiful part of our country.

pretty town not far from most amenities, plenty of walks along the water front, plenty of shops to look at. Coles just down the road along with take away outlets.
easy to get around, just would not stay at particular accommodation again.

Great coastal vibe.
Great coastal vibe. We stayed on the esplanade which has lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. There were some greatlittle boutiques to spend a rainy afternoon in.
Mooloolaba Surf Club is a fabulous spot to eat or have a drink while enjoying the beach and ocean views.
The waterfront has really good walking paths and early morning walks are an awesome start to the day.
The marina has a good array of fresh seafood straight off the trawlers. Even the Sea Life Aquarium was within easy walking distance. There was a swimming event along the beach which was great to watch and cost nothing.

We absolutely love Mooloolaba, the convenience with the shops below for retail and food. Disappointed by how early the restaurants shut and nowhere to get a coffee after 5. Ice- cream shops are open later but would be awesome to get a coffee to match. :-)
We love the big playground just across the road and Coles is a short stroll as well.
From the minute I booked with 84 The Spit I have had the most wonderful experience. Sidd and Lauren were amazing, the location sensational and the apartment super comfy. Prime position opposite The Wharf and also a short stroll up to Mooloolaba central. Out the back door and you’re on the beach and can choose between 2 patrolled swimming areas. Views across the ocean and are greeted with a beautiful sunrise each day. Highly recommend staying here! I stayed for 7 nights and will gladly go back for more.
I stayed at this place for three nights, and it was really good! The best part is that it's right in front of Mooloolaba beach, and there are many cafes, pubs, and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has good appliances and all the utensils you need. The bathrooms are nice and upgraded, with a jacuzzi and toilets. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view of the sea was amazing! They have parking at the hotel, and it's easy because you get your own spot.
Location was excellent. Like the lift from basement and how ground floor you are on esplanade and at shops and restaurants- beach very close. kitchen was great. being able to see ocean from lounge- wonderful. seeing pool from balcony was also wondeful. Ensuite bathroom a bit small but main bathroom was fine ( includes laundry). very comfortable beds.
Arrived about 2.5 hrs before check in time, was just going to park the car, but the unit was ready so the friendly reception lady said you can check in, great service.
Close to all restaurants on the Esplanade, about 200m away, as well as a Coles supermarket about 300m away.
Good parking with fob key access so very safe.
Great accommodation near to the main Beach Esplanade of Mooloolaba. Many bars, restaurants and holiday shopping businesses within an easy walk as was Supermarket, Chemist, Bottle Shop and Pub. Very little traffic noise even though the road outside is quite busy. Alexandra Headland and Maroochydore a short drive away
Awesome property with excellent accommodation for a large family or families sharing. Facilities and space are fantastic, and the tvs, games and general feel of the place made for a really great stay. Pool, outlook and proximity to Mooloolaba Esplanade and Beach makes it an ideal place for a relaxing break.
The property is located in a beautiful location in Sunshine Coast. Easy access to Mooloolaba beach, esplanade & other amenities.
Apartments are spacious, comfortable & clean.
Staff were extremely friendly & caring. Specially Kylie & Gavin were lovely & assisted us during our one month stay.
Location and view of the adjacent ocean and islands are priceless.
Short stroll to Mooloolaba Esplanade to dine and see the small shops.
Grounds and facilites well kept and maintained.
Undercover secure parking
Wifi strong and works well
Foxtel in the lounge/dining area.
Beautifully presented apartments. Sleek and modern yet beachy casual so you feel comfortable walking in off the beach. Great location out of the hustle of Mooloolaba esplanade but just a short walk away. Also great for the walking paths and quieter North Mooloolaba beaches.
The woman running the place made me feel safe and taken care of. It was scrubbed cleaned as perfectly as anyone could clean it. The linen was very clean and nice. It was cheap. It was walking distance to the beach. There were nice toiletries in the bathroom.
In today's climate you must remember, You get what you pay for. This was the cheapest hotel this close to beach (which is a 5 minute walk). It was clean & well presented in my opinion. I would happily stay there here again if needing budget accommodation.
Perfect location to esplanade, cafes etc. Easy walk to the wharf. Exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. Immaculately clean. Easy parking. Exceeded all expectations. Value for money in every way.
What a stunning view!
We enjoyed being right on the beach- perfect for a holiday with my 90 year old mother. She loved the main bedroom and we enjoyed watching some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Staff were very welcoming . The hotel is so close to the esplanade and the beach . If you go onto the top roof we’re the spa is you can see glass house mountains it’s a very pretty view
Most things. Had a nice warm hot tub, but couldn’t get the jet stream going. Location was fantastic, access to the Esplanade from the hotel. Beach was a min walk away.
