The location is on a quiet street which is great for us. The breakfast is a wonderful spread which is served as an individual set in the courtyard garden when you are ready. Don't miss this! We had different menus on the 2 days we stayed.

The breakfast was delicious, the decorations and common rooms are super, but the staff really was just top. They even helped me with arranging the rest of my trip, even when I wasn't a host anymore.

Room was super clean and air conditioned with a large bathroom ( no a/c) and mini bar. ( Beer and cokes only) It has a small but good restaurant ( reserve meals in advance) and a lovely garden and pool. Looks out on rice fields with birds and nature all around. It is close.to a mosque and you can definitely hear the call to prayer. It added to the atmosphere for us and they turn down the loudspeaker for the 4am call to prayer!. You can borrow the bikes and ride through the working rice fields leased from the sultan. You certainly get to see authentic rural Javanese life but its not for those who want any kind of nightlife! Beer available but no wine, so bring your own if you want to relax over a glass while getting your authenticity!
