Nasser, the manager, consistently checked in to ensure my satisfaction. Another staff member even went out of their way to take me to a nearby pizza shop at night when I expressed hunger. This hotel offered not just accommodation but a truly exceptional and caring experience.

Situated just 5.2 km from Colossi of Memnon, Blue Nile House features accommodation in Luxor with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. In November/December we stayed three weeks in the beautiful Blue Nile House in a great apartment: spacious, clean, with three balconies and great views over grasslands, corn and rice fields, and the river Nile. Our host, Sayed, and his team are very kind and most helpful. The daily breakfast under the beach umbrella near the swimming pool was something to look forward to every morning. For dinner there was a varied menu of delicious Egyptian meals to choose from. The somewhat remote location of the hotel (distance to the ferry is 2,8 km) guarantees a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There are several possibilities to visit the ancient Egyptians monuments. Sayed can arrange for taxis and excursions by car, and there are lots of tuktuks on the road. We hired two bikes for three weeks at Mohammed Satohe’s ‘Bicycles for hire’ in the village to visit the Valley of the Kings, the temples and tombs on the West Bank, following good Dutch tradition. Casa Loko is the best guesthouse in Egypt! we had an amazing time. the room has everything you need to have a perfect stay, and all the areas are very very nice and clean. the house is in a perfect location. Mohamed and his family made our stay perfect, they helped in everything we needed and always with a big smile on the face! recommend it 100%

Situated within 2.9 km of Colossi of Memnon and 4 km of Medinet Habu Temple, Tasneem Palace features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Luxor. I’ve thought if I find a real nice place, I should stay longer instead of moving on, well this is that place. I had booked 5 nights but it was close to perfect so I stayed longer and probably should have stayed a month, it was that good. I can’t say enough good things about it. The owner offers top notch customer service and can be depended on for good, honest advice.

I like the staff the most, they are the best hosts ever. They always made us feel at home. We forgot our charger and they are willing to send it to Cairo. I mean simply amazing. A great apartment which can hold 6 people. Lovely balconies with a view of sugarcane field. Nice breakfast. There is also a common washing machine, which is very helpful.

The owner is super responsive and helpful, he sent us his driver Mohammed which took a great care of us : pick up, arranging balloon tour, recommending restaurants always with great smile and energy

3.1 km from Luxor Museum, Karnak Flats is a recently renovated property situated in Luxor and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Ahmed is an incredibly attentive and kind host, he helped with anything we asked for and responded immediately. The place was immaculate and very spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped (sugar, tea, oil, spices, bin bags etc), the bed is comfy, the street is quiet, the AC works well, wifi 10-16Mbs. Good location to get to Karnak temple fast, small shops, bakery and fruit stall nearby. Nice touch with the complementary bananas, tea and coffee. We loved the place and would gladly stay again!
