There are restaurants nearby, but the location is very quiet and peaceful.

Through the Malecon, which is a walking and biking only promenade, gorgeous connected to the city centre (some 20min walk, you can choose for half of it to walk on the promenade or throughout the park). Very nice terrace for quite hours of reading and very nice owners.
