A huge balcony, but as the view was directly into the apartments next door we didn't use it. The kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering, with very good appliances and access to the building and carpark was easy - being on Bay Rd, having traffic lights at the entrance was greatly appreciated, as was free allocated parking. Good value for money.
