I liked everything about Oros hotel/apts: the staff were courteous and friendly, the room was spick and span, the location was perfect for me coz I was after shopping at Chadstone and it was very easy to travel between Oros and the shopping centre, easy access to their parking space with overnight charge at $10 which is reasonable for me. And did I mention that location is perfect?

As a returning visitor I always appreciate the location - close to family + friends + consequently everything very familiar to me. It is centrally located + very easy to get to the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I like the way the apartments are setup for independent living which is great for an extended stay.

It was a very satisfying trip, but what I admired and admired most was the receptionist, the friendly Columbian-accented receptionist who identified me by name when she saw me and made me feel welcome and thoughtful. And she is patient, attentive, and very polite and caring. She made the apartment especially warm. Secondly, the room has a great view with a very wide view; The room is also equipped with cooking facilities to meet daily needs, which is very convenient. This, coupled with the very low noise in the room, made our trip very memorable and enjoyable.

It’s middle of commercial buildings so that not much things to do around there. But it would be good place for who is looking for quite place just having a rest at bed. And superb clean room with well organized kitchen. My family was having a good time at there.

Stayed in the same unit the 2nd time. Check-in and checkout is easy. the location is a foody & shopping gem. it's right next to the glen where you can buy & eat anything. it's clean and comfy for a 5 night stay for our family. Parking is secure, toiletries are provided. takeaway food and eat in the unit is not problem at all as all cutleries & utensils are provided. Wifi is good enough for me to work from the apartment, no drop out issue. However Netflix streaming gets a bit slow at night. The accommodation manager, Eric is helpful and even replied to my request after the stay. Thank you.

This location is good and convenience for shopping. Apartment is clean and tidy. The landlord is nice and helpful. The overall experience of my stay was very good.
