This I explained to the receptionist who asked if there was anything we needed just call them! The staff were so Friendly and really loved our dog who received treats! The hotel was definitely 4 star and facility’s looked lovely but were unable to use any for the previous reasons. The dog had his own secure play area which was a bonus.
