Dined there every evening which was extra but very well priced.
Overlooking the River Bure, this black-and-white timbered lodge offers a cozy pub with seasonally inspired food. The Southern Comfort paddle boat is moored just outside the property.

Roys of Wroxham is an absolute delight!
Roys of Wroxham is an absolute delight! It sells everything you could possibly want and need. Great selection of products and very helpful, friendly staff. It lies at the heart of Wroxham with a good selection of restaurants and takeaways in close proximity to it. There are boat trips going every day from the river and the option to take out a small boat for the day which is a popular option. The broads are a wonderful way to relax and picking up a boat trip on the Queen of the Broads is a great way to experience the surrounding waterways. Sit back and relax - you're in the heart of the broads!

Wroxham can be fairly busy during the day.
Wroxham can be fairly busy during the day. Plenty of options for boat trips or hire. Waterfront restaurants and bars and a fair selection of restaurant types to be had. Some pleasant riverside walks. Access from the train station is good and only takes 5 to 10 minutes depending on your walking speed.

Wroxham is a small town but lovely and has everything you need. 30 minutes from Great Yarmouth for a trip to the seaside. Thai way restaurant is highly recommended and is the best Thai food we have had.
The whole hotel was excellent from arrival to leaving. Room very clean and comfortable. View of the Broads from the terrace couldn't be beaten.
All the staff were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention goes to Enrico (sorry if I've spealt it wrong) and the restaurant and bar staff. They were brilliant.
Food was excellent. We ate in the restaurant all four nights of our stay. Breakfast also excellent with loads of choice.
Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
The location was great for our needs. There were 8 of us in total, all adults plus 2 dogs. Facilities all suited us well and the welcome pack was definitely really appreciated. Accommodation seemed well stocked with everything for our needs and the close proximity of 'Roys of Wroxham' was ideal. The fact that a boat was provided with the property was the icing on the cake. Thank you.
Well what a difference we have stayed at the kings head several times and I must say it was a bit run down ( cheap and cheerful comes to mind) but now after a full refurbished it is now an excellent place to stay only downside is the rooms are on the small side which with an old building cannot be changed + great location and as always the staff are very helpful and welcoming
Food was excellent and we ate far too much! Good amount of storage space. Proper bath sheets that cover properly. Great view over the water from our balcony and the restaurant. A really useful tip from Reception was to use the train to get into Norwich, rather than use Park and Ride. If you do this, take the Riverside walk to town.
Location Ideal for visiting friends and family..Short walk to Wroxham centre .and the river . The cottage was spacious and clean with a lounge view over the adjacent Marina . The rest of The Norfolk Broads and North Norfolk Coast are a short drive away .
The whole experience was superb. We had a balcony overlooking the river. The hotel and food was exceptional. Special thanks to Enrico head waiter and Fran who looked after us with splendid food, drinks and made us feel special.
I like the inside of the hotel, very beautiful looking and the outside is well. The best thing was we had balcony view which we're lovely over looking the river such a nice view and scenery !
Jane and Nigel were very welcoming. The Manor Barn House was very clean and set in lovely garden surroundings. Pub around the corner that does good, large portioned food.
Perfect location by the broads.
Hotel was lovely, rooms comfortable and spotless.
Staff were so helpful and friendly.
Food amazing and fantastic choice for breakfast
One of the best hotels I have ever been into! Having breakfast with the swans and relaxing atmosphere during sunrise and sunset if something you need to experience
we loved the decor and the coziness of the hotel. Food was excellent, all the staff were welcoming and friendly, views were gorgeous, the room was luxurious
