Unique chalet, very clean, kids loved it - little small but very functional. Loved seeing the big trees / nature outside. Walking distance to castle. Very friendly staff.
This modern hotel is just off junction 15 of the M40 motorway, 2 miles from Warwick town center. Paid parking is available onsite, and the hotel offers free WiFi throughout.

Room & check-in process was smooth & efficient with very helpful staff on duty. Able to leave overnight bag with the hotel whilst I attended the Warwick Races until a later check in time. Overall a good experience
Located in the Warwickshire countryside, the Warwick is in rural grounds overlooking the River Avon.

Very disappointed
On arrival I was made aware there was no breakfast the next day even though I had book this and apparently the hotel was full which didn’t make sense.

Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do.
Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do. Lots of coffee shops, pubs. Not many shops. The castle is obviously there to visit however it was very heavy rain that day hence not the ideal time to walk around the castle and its grounds. Would not visit again.

Lovely county town.
Lovely county town. Lots of independent shops and cafes - and so many cuisines available - (a cream tea at the Lord Leycester Hospital in the stunning Great Hall was a highlight). Warwick Castle is a treasure - must visit. Lots to see and do in the town itself and nice walks along the river in St Nicholas Park. Will definitely be going back.

Do try and stay Saturday and Sunday if you can, the castle and its grounds will easily take up most of the day and you cannot visit without seeing the rest of Warwick town. All accessible walking so you can park up the car and relax in a beautiful town with so much to offer

Nice place.
Nice place. Unfortunately I was there for just a night and a day spent in the Castle. We ate at the only place open at 7 pm, a pub in the main square, quite expensive, I took a beef meat dish, quite good but with too many potatoes and poor in vegetables, as per description. My friend took a sea bass dish and she liked it. The town seems quite modern, I expected an old little town..
Next day the Castle. This is quite interesting even if with too many reconstructions and restorations. The external location is beautiful and has interesting points to be seen, as the towers. They made many types of attractions in order to engage visitors. The interiors show many rooms of recent periods, enriched by wax figures in period clothing.
All quite expensive in my opinion. I think a family spends too much if you include everything, from accommodation to entrance and parking tickets, also because they also charge children aged 2 and over.
In any case I enjoyed my little trip.. Except the weather! But I'm Italian and so I.m a little spoiled on many subjects.. :)

Did Warwick castle the day we arrived ( as gaining entry to accomodation wasn't 'til 15:00 ). Excellent VFM. Paid extra for the Dungeons.
Bit of a walk from the car park ( altho' courtesy bus available ) .
Easily spend the full day exploring/watching free shows .
Would try to avoid peak times- w/e's- and school hols if you are not taking children.
Good base. We spent a day exploring Stratford ( if you do that make sure you visit the Butterfly Farm-it's epic!! ).
Warwick centre is good for pubs/ restaurants etc- lots of choice but a lot close during the week so choice then is very limited.
The room was clean and lovely. Had everything required - tea / coffee facilities, a place to hang a few clothes, storage for suitcase. Comfy pillows and duvet. Ensuite shower room was really clean. Proper quality towels, love the 'make up take off' dark flannel provided.
The breakfast was fantastic. Selection of juices. Glasses of yogurt with fresh fruit, granola, croissants, jam. Beautifully cooked eggs Florentine. Had food envy for the full English too!!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
The hotel location could not have been more convenient for Warwick town centre, bars and restaurants.
The staff, especially the newly-drafted-in manager, could not have been more friendly or courteous.
The cooked breakfast was excellent, albeit there was no buffet but table service only.
Despite not having any parking facilities at the hotel (though there is a drop off zone), the public parking just across the road was very convenient and reasonable at £6 per 24 hours.
Perfect location if you want to visit Warwick Castle, by train half an our to Birmingham. Parking was no problem at all, even with a VW Caravelle, you just need to find the entrance to the alley way. Hotel itself was great. Wonderful hosts, very helpful and good communication. Rooms were very clean, newly renovated, nothing to complain about. Would always stay again.
The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds super comfy. Ours was a standard room and another of our party had the four poster room which was stunning! Hotel was decorated lovely and the staff were excellent. In a great spot right in the heart of Warwick and car park really close by.
Excellent lunch time meal. Unhurried, no pressure. Best apple crumble and custard of the vacation.
Prompt response and help when we had difficulty with the tv.
General kindness and helpfulness from the staff.
We'd stay here should we visit Warwick again. Visiting from Canada.
Lovely old hotel with modern bar, lounge and breakfast/restaurant areas. Continental and cooked breakfast very good. Staff friendly and very helpful. Great location near the tourist information centre and just a short walk to Warwick Castle and Lord Leycester’s Hospital.
Convenient location for our visit to Warwick hospital which was a few minutes drive away. Also waking distance into Warwick town centre. The accommodation was a self contained unit so suited our needs rather than a hotel as it had plates and a microwave etc
The staff was extremely kind to us.
the location of the hotel close to the historic city center is very good. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs close to the hotel (5min walk).
We saw even a peacock in the back yard of the hotel :)
Good location near centre of Warwick. Good breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel appears to be thriving with many locals n the bar when we arrived late afternoon and a good clientele for dinner.
Cleanliness. Beds very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. Lounge and restaurant very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely stay again when next visiting Warwickshire. Taxi company hotel advised were very efficient .
Had an amazing stay. We will definitely be booking this hotel again when we come up to Warwick Castle in the Summer.
Friendly staff, really comfortable bed, amazing spa and wonderful views of the golf course.
Hotel was easy to find straight off the M40. Handy having a McDonald's opposite and not far from Warwick Castle which is where we were visiting. Hotel was fine, as expected, no frills pay for what you get.
Very disappointed
